Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with LynxSys Ltd for the supply of services or digital goods, in accordance with the applicable Finnish law and EU regulations.

2. Withdrawal Period

You may withdraw from your order within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day you—or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier)—first takes possession of or starts using the Services or products purchased from our online shop. Please note that the 2.5% processing fee applied to each payment, which covers third-party payment processing costs, is non-refundable if you cancel your order.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires. You can do so by:

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal:

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice;
• Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise;
• If you requested that our Services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount corresponding to the portion of Services provided prior to withdrawal.

5. Additional Information

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that are not supplied on a tangible medium once the performance has begun with your prior express consent.
